Returns/Exchanges
We sell natural products and do our best to accurately represent our products.
It is especially difficult to express the shape and curls of a tree as it is.
Prices are specific to each product and are specifically set according to grading standards set by us.
We also do not "discuss" the grades given to the wood.
Regarding product confirmation and inspection
■Once your ordered product arrives, please check and inspect the product within 7 days.
If you wish to exchange or return the product, please check the following notes and return it within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please be sure to contact us by email . We cannot accept returns after 8 days.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem, we will respond promptly.
If you find that there is a defect in the condition of the product upon arrival, please take a photo and record it to confirm the condition.
We will provide you with instructions on how to respond, so please be sure to follow our instructions.
Please note that we may refrain from responding to returns using methods other than those provided by our company.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unopened and unused items.
- In the case of returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping, handling fees, and handling fees for refunds, unless otherwise agreed upon before returning the item.
- Since wood is a very heavy product, general shipping costs are high. Please note.

- If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us by email . If the item is returned without contacting us, we will not be able to take any action.
- Actual color may differ depending on your monitor settings.
We may refuse returns or exchanges due to differences in color or image between the image on the site and the actual product. - Each product made from natural materials such as wood has a different appearance.
The standards for returns and exchanges vary depending on the condition of each item, so please check the description and content on each product page. - If the delivered product has obvious initial defects such as stains or damage, we will bear the return shipping, reshipping, and handling fees.
Regarding returns and refunds
- Refund procedures for returned goods will be processed as soon as we have confirmed that the product has arrived.
Due to financial institutions' business days and hours, it may take some time or days for your refund to be refunded. Please note. - In the case of a refund, in principle, the refund will be made by bank transfer, regardless of the payment method used at the time of the order.

Precautions when returning goods
