• For large items, over 20 kg in weight, or for multiple shipments, we may not be able to arrange a detailed delivery date and time, so please plan your pick-up time with sufficient time.
• We will inform you of shipping costs to remote islands etc. each time you place an order.
• It cannot be shipped outside of Japan.
